Mr. Kit Kung, aged 50. Founder, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Kung was born in Shanghai and emigrated to the United States in 1974. He re-visited China in 1980 and was the first ever to legally export of 32-bit computers to that country in 1981. With that profile, he established an extensive network of customers and relationships in China and founded a number of companies specializing in China trade. In the early 1980's, he established a computer system integration company as one of the leading operations in China, successfully sold more than 600 integrated systems throughout the country, these include many of the major ministries and universities. Mr. Kung graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Physics. Mr. Kung is a U.S. citizen. Mr. Kung was listed in "Who's Who" of the National Registry publication since 1997, "Who's Who Worldwide" publication since 1993, "Outstanding Americans" publication since 1994 and The Strathmore's Who's Who since 1995.

Mr. Alan A. Jurewicz, aged 47, Director, is the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Company. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Jurewicz was the regional controller for Global Passenger Service, a New York based transportation service company. Earlier, Mr. Jurewicz served as chief financial officer of Liberty Helicopter Corp., the largest helicopter operator in the Northeast United States. Mr. Jurewicz also served in controller positions with Trump Air, Texas Air Corp. (Continental Airlines) and Pan American World Airways. Mr. Jurewicz holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is a member of the Phi Omega Epsilon Honor Society, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. 

Dr. Daniel Ling, 50, Director, is the Senior VP of Sales & Marketing. Prior to joining the Company, Dr. Ling was the CEO of Synacord Capital, a company primary focus is to fund startups companies in technology primarily in California. Synacord had facilitated financing for 14 startups from just $100k to 2-3M each in Software, Hardware, Semiconductor Chip Design, Internet B2B, Portal, DSL Telecom Equipment, Biotech, Pharmaceutical Drug Delivery to Discovery. Prior to be a private investment banker, Dr. Ling worked as the Senior Vice President of Sutro & Co overseeing and advising high net worth individuals and corporate clients on money management, asset allocation insurance and estate planning activities. Dr. Ling also worked as the Senior Vice President with Paine Webber (1994-1998) , and before that, Vice President with Prudential securities (1989-1993) and Drexel Burnham Lambert (1983-1988) Dr. Ling graduated with top honors from USC Pharmaceutical School in 1981 with Doctorate Degree, he is a member of Rho Chi Honor Society. He graduated with top honors and Dean's list from University of Wisconsin Madison in Molecular Biology 1973 and the National Science Foundation Scholar Recipient in Chemistry. Dr. Ling is a native of Hong Kong and a US citizen.

Dr. Tang Wu Yi, age 48. Director, is the Managing Director of Green Apple Information Technology Limited in PRC, the joint venture entity inside China and the base for electronic publishing. Dr. Tang founded Green Apple in 1990, and successfully turned it into the largest, most advanced eBooks production business in China. Dr. Tang graduated from Beijing University of Medicine with a degree of Medical Doctor..

Dr. Michael Muldavin, aged 79, Director, Dr. Muldavin, currently a visiting professor at the University of California at Los Angeles, was a pioneer in China trading, having assumed responsibility for the family trading business in Heilongjiang province before WWII. In 1979, Dr. Muldavin was invited by the Chinese government to establish a joint venture Chinese language magazine "Science & Technology Review". In recent years, Dr. Muldavin has been involved in a total of more than 80 joint venture investments in China including agribusiness, automotive and media/data systems and communications. Dr. Muldavin founded the BenchMark Company Group, an investment consultancy and advisory firm, and has consulted on investments and ventures in China, Russia and Vietnam since 1980. Dr. Muldavin received his B.S. in mathematics and engineering, M.S. in economics, joint PhD's in economics and public administration and J.D. from Harvard College. Dr. Muldavin also holds a M.P.H. (medical care administration and epidemiology) from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Mr. Zhihau Zhou, aged 47, Director, is a veteran as an investor and operator in the Chinese telecommunication industry. Mr. Zhou is the president of Greatwall Communication Co., Limited, which specializes in paging and mobile operations and Greatwall/CAA Investment & Management Co., Limited, which specializes in investment in the telecommunication industry in China. Prior to entering the commercial world, Mr. Zhou served three years as an official in the Committee of Political Structure Reform of the Central Government of China since 1983 to 1985. Mr. Zhou graduated from Beijing People University in 1983 majoring in Finance. Mr. Zhou is a native of Beijing City and a citizen of China.

Ms. Liu Ling Ling, aged 51. General Manager of Regional Operations of the Company responsible for sales and marketing for the services and products. Ms. Liu joined the Company in May 2000. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Liu held a number of sales and marketing managerial positions in various major national companies involved in distribution and pharmaceutical industries, such as the Deputy General Manager for Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Industrial Co., Ltd. responsible for sales and marketing; the Southern Regional Manager for Northeast Pharmaceutical Corporation responsible for overall management of the regional operations. Ms. Liu graduated from Zhongshan Medical University in 1979, majoring in pharmacy. Ms. Liu is a native of Guangdong Province and a Chinese national.

Mr. Xue Yong, aged 34. Manager of the Technical Department and web-site Development Team. Mr. Xue joined the Company in November 1991 and was assigned a number of technical positions within the company. Mr. Xue was responsible in constructing the nationwide network for the Easi-Link project. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Xue was an EDA System Analyst for the No. 3 Research Institute under the Ministry of Electronics Industry of China. Mr. Xue graduated from Hua Zhong University of Science and Technology in 1987, majoring in Electronics and Information Engineering. Mr. Xue is a native of Beijing and a Chinese national.
