mission of eBookMatrix Publishing Corporation ("eBookMatrix") is to become one of the premier
providers of digital literary, educational, and professional
editions by building a first class B2B electronic publishing
infrastructure.

Business Description
The businesses of eBookMatrix have been developed and
grouped into three operating units:

- eBooks Publishing Group -
Flagship group collects, converts and publishes electronic editions
by marketing CD-ROM based products.
- Archives Conversion Group -
Provides archives conversion and related services, such as data
hosting and typesetting.
- Books Distribution Group -
Represents more than 1,600 western publisher and distributes on
line their technical and reference books to the Asian market.

These business groups are organized and operated independently.
However, they complement one another as each operating unit provides reinforcement to the others. For example, by distributing technical and reference books in the Asian markets on behalf of
western publishers, eBookMatrix can better identify which
publishers might require archive conversion services. eBookMatrix
can then quickly offer its services to these potential
customer, and once the archive conversion is completed,
eBookMatrix is well positioned to acquire copyright of the newly
digitized materials for eBook distribution.
Some of the operating units, such as the eBooks Publishing Group and Archives Conversion Group, have a fairly long operating history, more than 13
years, while the Books Distribution Group was established recently.
